Colorado Bulldog

A Colorado Bulldog is one of my favorite alcoholic beverages.  It is a rich flavor to me.  As much as I like this drink, I was surprised that not many people have heard of this drink.  I was in New York and asked for a Colorado Bulldog and they had no idea what I was talking about.  The bartender googled it for me and I had my Colorado Bulldog.

I have to be careful with these drinks.  I like them so much that I will keeping drinking and the next thing you know, I am really happy and talking to everyone.  Drink responsibly.

This recipe calls for 1.5 ounces.  This is usually the amount of a shot glass.  I say usually but not always as there is no standard measurement for shot glasses.

Ingredients

Units USM Scale 1x2x3x

1.5 ounces of Kahlua 1.5 ounces of vodka 1.5 ounces of cream (this can be substituted for milk or half and half) A splash of coke.

Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions

Add the Kahlua and vodka in a shaker with ice and shake.

Pour the Kahlua and vodka into a tall glass with ice.

Add the cream and the splash of coke.
