A make-ahead raspberry protein smoothie is a convenient and nutritious option for busy individuals who want to enjoy a healthy breakfast or snack on the go.

By making the smoothie ahead of time, you can save time and ensure that you have a healthy and delicious meal or snack ready when you need it. The raspberries in the smoothie are rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, and fiber, while the protein powder and Greek yogurt provide a healthy dose of protein that can help keep you feeling full and satisfied. The chia seeds add a boost of omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, and other essential nutrients. Additionally, the almond milk provides a creamy and low-calorie base that’s perfect for a smoothie.

When you’re ready to enjoy the smoothie, simply give it a quick shake or stir, and drink it straight from the jar or transfer it to a glass. You can also add ice cubes or blend it with some fresh spinach or kale for an extra nutritional boost.

Great Make ahead smoothie.  Make multiple freezer smoothies and grab and blend and your all done.

  • Total Time: 15
  • Yield: 2 Servings 1x

1 TBSP Ground Flax Seed

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

1 Cup Raspberries

1 Cup Cauliflower

1 Cup (or more) Unsweetened Almond Milk

Add almond milk to the blender first.     Add all the ingredients to a blender.  Blend until smooth and creamy.  Pour the smoothie into a jar with a tight-fitting lid.

Do NOT add the almond milk to your freezer bag.  To freeze ahead of time, add ingredients to the freezer bag in this order:  Flax Seed, Vanilla protein, raspberry and cauliflower.

Add more or less almond milk depending on how thick you want your smoothie.    Add almond milk to the blender before adding the ingredients to the smoothie freezer bag.
