Pork Chops and Rice

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 can beef consommé
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • 1 cup of uncooked rice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. In a glass casserole dish add the rice, pork chops and then the soup.
  3. Add butter.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
